2. Match the strain to your specific problem
Here’s what the strongest clinical evidence supports:
For antibiotic-associated diarrhea and IBS: Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745 — a probiotic yeast that’s been studied in multiple randomized controlled trials for diarrhea-predominant IBS.
